Rocky Creek Villas is a private professional residence, not a vacation rental. The right guest makes this the ideal stay.
The minimum stay is 7 nights. Rocky Creek Villas is designed for professionals on temporary assignment — travel nurses, project superintendents, engineers, and corporate relocations. Monthly rates apply for stays of 30 nights or more.
At checkout you pay the first month’s rent plus the applicable security deposit. Subsequent months are invoiced directly by the property prior to each month’s start date. Payment is due before each new month begins. See the full payment terms.
Full refund within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable. There is no refund for early departure once the stay has begun. If your assignment is cancelled before check-in, contact us immediately — we handle each situation with professionalism.
